Author Guidelines
Authors are expected to submit manuscripts written in clear, concise, and grammatically accurate English. The work should be original, well organized, and presented in a professional academic style. Manuscripts should generally follow the sequence: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Literature Review (where applicable), Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion (or Results and Discussion), Conclusion, Acknowledgements (if applicable), and References. Pages should be numbered consecutively, beginning with the title page.
Title
The manuscript title should clearly reflect the scope and content of the study while remaining concise and informative. Titles should avoid unnecessary abbreviations, mathematical formulas, symbols, or uncommon technical expressions unless their inclusion is essential for accurately describing the research.
Abstract
A concise abstract of not more than 200 words should summarize the purpose of the study, research design or methodology, principal findings, and the main conclusion. The abstract should be able to stand alone without requiring reference to the main text. Citations, equations, figures, tables, and unexplained abbreviations should not be included.
Keywords
Authors should provide three to five keywords that accurately represent the main topics of the manuscript. Keywords should be arranged alphabetically and separated by commas to facilitate indexing and improve article discoverability.
Introduction
The introduction should provide sufficient background information to establish the context of the research. It should identify the problem being investigated, summarize relevant previous studies, highlight gaps in existing knowledge where appropriate, and clearly state the objectives and significance of the present work.
Literature Review
Where applicable, a separate literature review may be included to critically discuss previous research relevant to the study. This section should demonstrate the current state of knowledge, identify research gaps, and explain how the present study contributes to the field. In disciplines where a separate literature review is not customary, relevant literature may be incorporated within the introduction.
Headings and Text Formatting
Major section headings should be presented in bold and aligned to the left using title case. Headings should not be underlined or followed by punctuation. Authors should maintain consistent formatting throughout the manuscript. The first paragraph under each heading should begin at the left margin, while subsequent paragraphs may be indented if a consistent style is maintained.
Equations
Mathematical expressions should be clearly presented and numbered consecutively throughout the manuscript. Each equation should be cited in the text using its corresponding number, for example, Equation (1). Variables, symbols, and units should be defined where necessary to ensure clarity.
Figures and Tables
Figures and tables should be of high quality and suitable for direct publication. Figure captions should be placed below the figures, whereas table titles should appear above the corresponding tables. Both figures and tables should be numbered consecutively in the order they are first mentioned in the text and should be referenced using Fig. and Table, respectively. Authors should ensure that all illustrations are clear, properly labeled, and add value to the presentation of the research.
Conclusion
The conclusion should briefly summarize the major outcomes of the research without repeating the abstract or discussion. It should emphasize the significance of the findings, outline their practical or scientific implications, acknowledge important limitations where relevant, and recommend possible directions for future research.
Acknowledgements
This section is optional and may be used to acknowledge individuals, institutions, funding organizations, or other contributors who provided support to the research but do not satisfy the criteria for authorship.
References
The reference list should include only sources cited within the manuscript. References should be arranged according to the order of their first citation in the text and prepared in accordance with the journal's prescribed reference style. Authors are responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all bibliographic information.
Additional Information
Before submission, authors should carefully review the journal's policies regarding manuscript formatting, ethical standards, authorship, plagiarism, conflicts of interest, and the submission process. Compliance with the journal's instructions will help ensure a smooth review and publication process.
