The nursing industry has rapid growth in technology and alteration in patient needs and convenience. Robotics, artificial intelligence, and adaptive care are transforming treatment education by enhancing nursing tasks and improving clinical outcomes. These practices that have emerged from nursing services leadership and management are not immune to challenges. In particular, the nursing services challenges have been the reduction of personnel, burnout in both clinical and off-the-job settings, nursing skills that are considered challenging, and various levels of healthcare access. Targeting these challenges is key to nursing workforce development, education, organizational supports, and a more flexible workplace for professionals. This paper captures crucial elements from various parts of the world and evidence of practices to predict the future development of nursing services globally, as countries strive to achieve universal health coverage. The development will also focus on the effective use of equity and innovative ideas. The study summary highlights the importance of a comprehensive strategy that incorporates continuous technological advancements while acknowledging the nurturing aspects of healthcare, ensuring that nursing continues to lead the development of resilient and patient-centered healthcare systems in the 21st century.
