Due to the deep feelings involved, as well as the burden the work can carry, critical thinking, and the sheer amount of work, the highly emotional tasks of nursing place professional-level healthcare, as well as all professionals in the field, under constant duress from an intangible source. The inability to manage Stress at the individual level has implications for both patients and institutions in terms of the quality and safety of care provided. The purpose of this study was to measure the outcomes of 'individual nurse stress' as well as the effects of 'individual nurse stress' techniques on 'individual nurse' outcomes. A nurse survey and nurse-reported patient safety incidents were employed as part of a mixed-methods approach to assess the influence of mindfulness techniques, peer support, focused organizational time management, and other stress management techniques. The findings demonstrated a link between burnout and clinical performance, particularly through the use of stress management techniques. The more Stress a nurse reported, the more adverse the patient care outcomes related to medical errors, communication, and patient satisfaction were. These findings emphasize the relevance of having a stress management program in the Institution. The quality of care a nurse provides and the satisfaction derived from it by the patient are directly related to the stress level and health of the nurse.
